K. Lynn Academics continually recruits highly motivated individuals to work with our students. Presently, we are hiring for the following positions:

TUTORING CONSULTANTS

Tutoring Consultants are often graduate students and join K. Lynn Academics from a variety of disciplines, primarily psychology, education, counseling or other related fields. In addition to excellent reading, writing and listening skills, consulting requires reliability, patience, empathy and tact. Tutoring Consultants are only hired after an extensive interview process. Tutoring Consultants meet with students from across the curriculum.

SUBJECT TUTORS

Subject Tutors are often graduate students who specialize in areas such as math, science and foreign languages and have a proven record of success in teaching or tutoring their area of expertise.

COLLEGE COORDINATORS

K. Lynn Academics selects one College Coordinator for each of our campuses to advise our students and coordinate Tutoring Consultants, Subject Tutors and other resources that may be necessary. The College Coordinator is responsible for initial assessments, academic advising and monitoring the progress of our students. He or she collaborates with faculty, staff, students and parents in developing a comprehensive approach to each student’s needs. As such, the College Coordinator must have extensive knowledge of the faculty, staff and programs available on his or her college campus. Many of our College Coordinators are graduate students studying psychology, education, counseling or other related fields, and successfully attended the college as an undergraduate.
