Kristen Lynn is the Founder and President of K. Lynn Academics. Through her extensive teaching and psychological and legal experience, she has gained a keen ability to provide understanding, direction and clarity to college students, particularly students with learning disabilities. Her lifelong love for learning and personal growth has given her the expertise, knowledge and skill to help others.
Kristen is a summa cum laude graduate from Rollins College with a B.A. in Psychology. She has earned her M.S. in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. from Wayne State University*. While earning her M.S. in Psychology, Kristen focused on developing high-level training courses at the individual and corporate level. As a Dean’s Scholar at Wayne State University Law School, she served as Editor of the Michigan International Lawyer and focused her concentrations on the psychological and legal implications of protecting higher education students with disabilities.
Kristen’s experiences began long before founding K. Lynn Academics, Inc. Kristen’s mother has more than 35 years experience in higher education while as a faculty member in the Department of Educational Psychology and as Dean of Students at Rollins College. Kristen’s father has more than 35 years experience providing coaching and consulting for business executives and serves as membership director at the Goering Center at the University of Cincinnati, a leading educational center for family and closely held businesses.
Kristen enjoys research and writing, traveling with family and friends and being on the water. A healthy lifestyle of nutrition, exercise and balance is a priority in her and her family's life.
