What about the tutoring services available through the school?
We fully support peer tutoring on campus when a student is able to clearly identify and articulate their needs. For so many students, especially students needing accommodations, it's just not enough. Our professional educators specialize in not only tutoring the coursework but prioritize time management and coaching for different learning needs.
How do sessions work?
Sessions are one-on-one and tailored to each student's pace and goals. We conveniently offer both on campus tutoring at the library or virtual appointments. For stability and consistency, our students regularly see the same tutor.
Are tutors qualified?
Yes, all of our tutors have relevant college degrees and varied teaching experiences, including working with students with disabilities and understanding accessibility services. We are not a peer tutoring organization but a team of highly trained professional educators.
